* Please note:

• We are obliged to charge VAT (at 20%) on UK shipping, even though there is no VAT on stamps, as part of our product/service delivery.
• We are just starting this shop so volumes are small and so shipping costs high, especially internationally; to keep costs down, we subsidise part of the shipping costs for heavier/more expensive items. We also charge per order not product and if this generates additional cost we also cover this.
• Non-tracked shipping options (e.g. Royal Mail 1st class or International economy) are not covered by insurance. Some cart combinations may allow the selection of economy shipping, even though this is not offered by our provider, Royal Mail, on shipments above a certain size/value; this means we will pay the difference for a tracked option and your order will be covered by the minimum £20 value. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving or being damaged, if we are able to claim on the insurance (which will require you to provide documentation), we will provide you with a coupon to re-order, or, where possible a refund, to the same value (£20). If you choose a tracked and signed option, we will replace any lost or damaged items (subject to the conditions of the courier).
